The purpose of this agreement is to explain to you what Lili can do for you and what you can expect. Her belief about healing and coaching is that each of us is our own healer and best coach; healing and answers come primarily from within. As a practitioner, guide and coach, Lili will assist you to enhance your sense of well-being, create a Sacred Space for your transformation to be birthed and show up as her best self to advocate for you and remind you that you are an Eternal, Infinite, Sovereign Creator experiencing a human incarnation.
Dolores Cannon, the founder of QHHT® gives us the guideline that 90% of a hypnosis session is up to the client, the star of the show. Julia Cannon, Dolores’ heir and legacy, says that number is now 98% up to the client–Lili’s role is to facilitate the process and direct the session to the best of her ability.
If you have beliefs that you cannot be hypnotized or that it won’t work for you, then another healing modality will probably serve you better.
Lili will discuss with you the major challenges in your life, your belief systems, health history, your childhood and other issues that have an influence on your emotional and physical well-being. In short, the more you open up to answering the questions Lili asks, the deeper you can explore your consciousness and transform your life.
Lili is HIPAA-certified and that means all of your confidential information is completely protected with the following exceptions:
- If and to the extent authorized by yourself.
- When disclosure is required to prevent clear and imminent danger to yourself or others.
- If Lili is a defendant in a civil, criminal or disciplinary action arising from the client relationship (in which case client confidences may only be disclosed in the course of that action).
- Universal information that comes through you that you are willing to share. Lili will always get your approval before anything is shared and all names and identifying information will be changed unless you request otherwise.
At your written request or approval, and according to her capabilities, good conscience and professional judgment Lili may consult with your other healers, therapists, physicians and spiritual teachers as appropriate to maximize the benefits to yourself.
Lili is not a physician and therefore does not diagnose disease or prescribe drugs.
Lili McGovern is a Certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Practitioner, a BQH Practitioner, a Certified Elite Mentorship Trainer and a Certified Creatively Fit Coach along with her HIPAA cerfitication.
At all times your healing and your transformation is your responsibility. Lili will not advise you to discontinue any medical treatment you may be receiving. Her work is intended to be in harmony with any other healing work that you undertake, including traditional medicine. Please feel free to discuss this work with your doctor or please let Lili know if you would like her to discuss any of your session(s) with your doctor. Always consult with your doctor before changing any medications.
Payment:
Lili requests payment be made at the time of scheduling online via Paypal.
All deposits are non-refundable and transferable to another date OR can be gifted to someone you appoint. You may pay the balance upon arrival at appointment, if you prefer.
You may pay by cash, money orders, credit cards and Paypal, Venmo or Zelle.
Cancellation Policy:
If something happens to prevent you from attending a session and you need to cancel or reschedule, please give Lili as much notice as possible. She sets aside her time to devote to you. She will do her best to accomodate your schedule within reason and common sense.
If you cancel within 24 hours from the session time, there is no refund of the deposit and full payment is requested as that spot could be used by someone else.
Exceptions: death of a close family member, illness and unforseen life events.
Deposits are non-refundable and transferable, wait to schedule until you’re committed and ready.
If you need to cancel over a weekend, please provide 48 hours notice of cancellation.
REFUND POLICY: Lili is confident that most people who are drawn to her will enjoy and benefit from any of her offerings. She won’t give up on you so you can’t give up on yourself. No refunds are offered.
By electronically signing your name in the Acuity Form upon booking a session, you agree to all the terms and agreements of Heartevolutions.com, and you agree that Lili may work with you in the above-described manner.
Lili makes no promises other than those outlined above. All of her clients have experienced increased well-being, most have seen an improvement in their condition immediately and all have reported experiencing benefit and value, along with continued healing and transformation as time passes.
Lili cannot promise you that this will occur in your particular case. She is not aware of any risks or negative side effects associated with QHHT®, BQH or any of her offerings.
